Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

This has to be the EASIEST recipe I ever made! I had 3 chicken breasts and had NO IDEA what to do with them, so I dug through the pantry and voila! Salsa chicken was born.

Ingredients:
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 16 oz. jar of salsa (I used Chi Chi’s)
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. himalayan pink salt
2 tbsp. worcestershire

Ready? Add all ingredients to your Crock Pot and cook on high for 4 hours. Shred the chicken using two forks or meat claws and you’ll be good to go!

I served mine over rice and topped with shredded cheddar cheese and spinach. You could also brown some corn tortillas on the stove top and have chicken tacos. I hope you enjoy!
