The Holistic Approach

I have always been the type of person who ran to a doctor the moment something was wrong. It wasn’t until I hit my late twenties that I started finding holistic alternatives. Currently, I am completely invested in letting my body heal itself and I wanted to share some of my holistic “must haves” with you. Below are some of my favorite sources of healing.
