3. Shakeology. I have tried tons of superfood shakes and I am not here to sell you on this one. I just know that I love the vegan chocolate loaded with almond butter, chia seeds, spinach and banana.
4. Podcasts, TED Talks and blogs, oh my!
6. Social Media.
7. Leggings, tights, joggers, sweats. Basically anything without restriction.
9. My planner.
10. Workouts. 6 days a week, I’m hustlin’.
